    16KG Viking Push Press – 10 minutes

Wednesday:
    24KG KB TGU – 3/3
    35# Full Contact Twist – 5 sets of 5
    25# Plate – Incline Situps – 4 sets of 10
   
Thursday:
    16KG + 20KG KB See-Saw Press – 5 Minutes
    16KG + 20KG KB Double Front Squat  – 5 minutes
    16KG + 20KG KB High Stop Military Press – 5 Minutes
    40# Renegade Rows – 5 minutes

Friday:
    20KG KB  Swing – 6 minutes
    20KG + 24KG KB Double Squat Push Press – 6 minutes
