I love this plan…

Since completing the Kettlebell Muscle program, I got a pretty nice week off, with just some light workout and stretching/Joint Mobility, then a new goal dropeed on us from work: Pushups.

Our team is notorious for stupid bets. This bet is to do 100 continous pushups. we get until the 10th of December to train. As such, I am doing Pavel’s military pushup program, as outlined here: http://www.specialtactics.com/MILFIT4.pdf

It’s a killer. Yesterday was 10 pushups every 15 minutes until you fail. Today is 20 each hour. The number depends on your weekly test for max.

Not sure if I will make 100, but my pushups are much better now than before.
