So the "whither Joe Lieberman" question has been an interesting one to follow. Espacially since I feel that most of his problems re self created, and this entire primary runoff could have ben avoided if he had just listened to his constituents more. In any case, Andrew Sullivan has a pretty good take on the whole thing from the center-right perspective, and it’s a worthy read.
Not that I always agree with Sullivan, but he is always worth reading.
Personally, I would vote against Joe, less for the positions he has taken, ad more for the fact that he has shown himself to be indifferent to his people and wholly self centered. This is a represnative democracy (is that the right phrase?), and if you don’t represent, then that’s it.
