Doing 90 in a 44

Well, getting sick in the middle of the week doesn’t help one’s workout, but I managed to catch up by the end of the week. I’m particularly proud of my 90 snatches in 5 minutes with the 20KG (44lbs) bell. My target is 100 in 5 minutes, I hit that with the 16KG a few weeks ago, I’m within striking distance with the 20, then the 24 is next. That’s one of my big goals (along with pressing half my bodyweight with one arm, but that’s further off. But I could probably do the 70 pounder (I did a 62# in the store when getting my last bell)

Right now I’m going to keep cranking with the ETK+ program. It’s working out great. And I soooo like not being in pain anymore.

    24KG KB Braced Military Press – 10 Minutes
    40# Renegade Rows – 10 minutes

Tuesday:
    24KG + 20KG KB Double Swings – 11 minutes
    16KG + 20KG KB Double Jerk – 11 minutes

Wednesday:

Friday:
    20KG KB  Fast Cadence snatch – 5 minutes (90 reps!)
    20KG + 24KG KB Double Clean and Jerk – 5 minutes

Saturday:
    16KG + 20KG KB Double Clean and Press – 3 Minutes
    24KG KB Goblet Squat  – 3 minutes
    24KG + 16KG KB See-Saw Press – 3 Minutes
    40# Renegade Rows – 3 minutes
