Saxon Violence

I added some Saxon Side bends into my variety day this week. Ouch. Cool but really hard to do with much weight at all. We were busy on Friday so I missed my workout, but with the soreness from Wednesday, I didn’t mind.

I’m really starting to like the Long Cycle (Double Clean and Jerk). That’s a ton of fun, and a phenomenal workout. I need to do more of those.

Tuesday:
    12KG + 16KG KB Double Snatch – 9 minutes
    20KG + 24KG KB Double Clean and Jerk – 9 minutes

Wednesday:
    24KG KB TGU – 2/2
    40# Full Contact Twist – 5 sets of 5
    Abs Wheel – 3 sets of 5
    10# Saxon Side Bends – 2 sets of 5
   
Thursday:
    16KG + 20KG KB High Stop Military Press – 8 Minutes
    20KG KB Goblet Squat  – 8 minutes
    20KG KB Clean and Press – 8 Minutes
    40# Renegade Rows – 8 minutes

Friday:
    Rest
