Shock the Monkey

This week was rest. After a few weeks of low level work, I wanted to try to get in a full week of nothing but mobility drills, rest, and stretching out the tendon in my elbow.

It paid off. I visited the Physical Therapist, and he gave me some ultrasound treatment and electric shock treatment in my elbow, and told me to try start lifting again. I will start from scratch on the Program Minimum next week. Hopefully everything will have held together and I can start getting back to normal.

When you’ve been exercising, it gets really addictive. Being without it for awhile starts to drive you nuts. I’ll be glad to start again.
