…if you aint got that swing

I started with Pavel’s ETK Program Minimum this week. My Glutes, Hamms and Back were going crazy, since I haven’t been doing this for a while. It feels good to be back on program again. It will be a couple of weeks before I start pressing again, but that will give me time to work back into the heavy weight, and give more time for my elbow to be full strength. So far it isn’t giving me any pain when working out. I really just get some pain from twisting peanut butter jars and such. But that’s going away quickly.
