Ho Ho Ho my goodness these are heavy

With both Christmas and being sick this week, my schedule got thrown off a lot. I still managed to get everything in, but Saturday was pretty tired and sloppy. I did manage to avoid overeating too much, which makes keeping the fat off much easier.

I’m still focusing on keeping my shoulders in while doing swings, and doing the same when practicing cleans, and I notice the difference. It will take a bit before that gets ingrained into muscle memory.

I have one more week of Program minimum left before I can start Pressing again. My elbow feels great during workouts. I only get a little soreness in normal lifting like suitcases and twisting open jars, but that is getting better each week. If I’m not fully healed in a week, I may wait before pressing, or start with lighter pressing to work into it. But definitely no pulls yet. I have done a few pull-downs, and a couple pull-ups, but not in volume, that still hurts.
