This is my last week of Program Minimum. Next week I will start on the new Enter the Kettlebell Plus program that Pavel outlines in the latest edition of MILO magazine. It adds a bunch of different routines, including some double bell routines. Some new motions should be good for preventing repetitive stress injury in my elbow, since Cleans and Presses were the vast majority of ROP that I did before.
I ended the year at 213.8 lbs, 19.7% body fat, 37.4% muscle. Not too bad considering I only started in August. My target still remains 16% body fat. My weight is less of a worry, as it will fluctuate, but stay low as long as I keep the body fat percentage low. Hitting the SSST on the 20KG kettlebell, and then on the 24kg is on my goal list. We shall see what else comes about in the new year.
