Cannonball!

I added a new 53lbs (24KG) bell this week. This weight is a challenge after two ladders of three, which is good, I needed the step up. When using it in doubles it’s damn near insane. Heh.

    20KG + 24KG KB Double Swing – 8 minutes
    16KG KB Viking Push Press – 8 minutes

Wednesday:

    24KG KB Military Press – 5 Minutes
    16KG KB Goblet Squat – 5 minutes
    20KG  KB Military Press – 5 Minutes

Friday:
    24KG KB Swings – 7 minutes
    20KG KB Viking Push Press – 7 minutes

Saturday:
    24KG KB TGU – 5 minutes
