My 2-weeks of Gymnastics meets continued, with a most excellent Wedding thrown in for good measure. (Note to self: buy gel insoles for Tuxedo shoes) With all this I still got a few days of workout in during the middle of the week. Thursday was particularly good, heavy weights for a long time.

16KG + 20KG KB High Stop Military Press – 12 Minutes
24KG + 20KG KB Double Front Squat – 8 minutes
16KG + 20KG KB See-Saw Press – 5 Minutes
