Meat the Meet

The next two weeks are gymnastics meet weekends, and I do scoring for our gym. So that means that I am time limited and will be running like crazy trying to find space in my time to workout. This week worked out pretty good. I got some good, heavy grinds in.

I would feel bad about missing workout days but I am running and jumping like crazy at the meets setting up equipment and getting scores and such, so I don’t miss the aerobic bit much, that and it is fun.

    24KG KB Goblet Squat – 7 Minutes
    24KG KB Military Press – 8 Minutes

Tuesday:
    16KG + 20KG KB Double snatch – 4 minutes
    20KG + 24KG KB Double Jerk – 7 minutes

Wednesday:
    Rest
   
Thursday:
    12KG + 20KG KB Double Clean and Press – 11 Minutes
    20KG KB Goblet Squat  – 5 minutes
    20KG KB Braced Military Press – 6 Minutes

Friday:
    Meet Setup
