Was that a brick or your shot?

I now have a 32KB kettelbell, and a 48KG kettlebell. The 32 is great, as it is the next step up for me, and just a little bit ourt of my reach for regular workouts. I am doing overload presses with it right now, which are basically “cheater” presses that help you work up into the next size weight. Getups help with that too.

But the 48 is a whole different matter.

All I can do with the 48 right now is deadlifts and swings. 48 Kilograms is almost exactly half my bodyweight, and it’s big. Pretty much the size of a basketball. I have been able to clean it up to my shoulder, but that is a challenge, because the momentum nearly knocks me over. But again, the goal is to one-arm press it by the end of the year.

This should be interesting.
